Albatross CX organizes fundraising campaign to help send the kids of SOS Children’s Villages to school

Leading global customer experience agency, Albatross CX is currently running a campaign in support of the SOS Children’s Villages UK.

Through its annual ‘Journey of the Luxury Consumer’ (JOLC) study, Albatross CX donates US$ 2 for every completed and validated survey during the summer months of 2017.

Albatross CX is holding the survey across 14 countries including United States, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Luxury shoppers who purchased luxury items in the past six months can be eligible to participate and answer the survey. “Albatross CX has always supported SOS Children’s Villages UK through the years. This year is special as we are dedicating our annual JOLC proceeds to send children of SOS Children’s Village in China to school,” shares Thibaut Fromageau, Global Vice President of Albatross CX.

Catharine Pusey of SOS Children’s Villages UK said: “Albatross has once again created a simple way for people to help us provide an education, and therefore a better future, for the children and young people we care for.  We are very pleased to be working with them and are grateful for the long term legacy that their support will provide for children who would otherwise have very little opportunity to go to school.”

Albatross CX is aiming for 5,000 responses which will help generate a total donation of US$10,000. This amount corresponds to a full year's budget for a school in Asia helping 46 children attend school for a year.

SOS Children's Villages is an independent, non-governmental international development organization which has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children since 1949.

In 2016, Albatross has donated US$ 10,332.21 towards SOS Children’s Villages and helped the education of teenagers at Kaifeng, China and lower basic school in Basse, Gambia.
