Thibaut Fromageau appointed Global Vice President of Albatross CX

10th July 2017, Dubai, UAE - Thibaut Fromageau has been appointed Global Vice President of Albatross CX and is strategically based in Dubai, UAE, reporting directly to Christophe Cais, the Chief Executive Officer.

Thibaut will be working alongside all of Albatross CX’s Business Units across 17 offices to improve operational performances, strengthen client relationships, and expand the client portfolio.

Thibaut has been with Albatross CX since 2008, where he has gained a thorough understanding of the business. In less than a decade with Albatross CX, he has successfully helped develop the company as the preferred partner of the majority of global premium and luxury brands that were looking to enhance their customer experience.

Prior to joining Albatross CX, Thibaut’s career in the customer experience industry began when he worked for Hotel Plaza Athenee and the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.

His expertise in luxury customer experience, coupled with his Masters Degree in International Business & his in-depth understanding of the luxury industry, makes him the perfect candidate to take on this fundamental role with Albatross CX.
